This Revel Rail is a brand new stock frame. However in storage it has suffered two blemishes in the paint. Pictures available upon request.
Blemish 1: Scratch Drive-side seat stay on top, just off to the inside. Subtle if assembled into a bike, but obvious if displayed at eye level.
Blemish 2: Light paint scuff that arguably might be 'buffed out' on outside right edge of top tube.
