Customers who have paid for goods by credit card and have not had the goods – Please note that you should contact your card provider as section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 may provide you with additional protection in circumstances like this. The card company is jointly and severally liable for any breach of contract on the part of the company. You should tell the card company that the supplier (Cyclorise Limited) is insolvent and has confirmed that it is no longer able to provide the goods that you have paid for and you therefore wish to make a S75 claim. A successful claim will result in your card being refunded with the amounts paid to Cyclorise Limited.
