FREE shipping on anything over £20 (£50 outside the UK) as standard. 

We use and trust the products you see here on Cyclorise, so have no doubt you'll love them as much as we do. They will all significantly improve your cycling experience. But as we all know, sometimes circumstances arise that require the return of items. Don't worry, we've got your back. It's pretty simple, so see below for information on what's covered and how to return your item.


If for whatever reason you would like to return your item, we'll be happy to offer a full refund (less shipping). Just return the item within 28 days from shipping date, along with the original packaging so the item can be re-sold as new. All products sold by Cyclorise include a 12 month warranty from date of delivery. This means if your item fails due to a failure in production or design quality, we will replace your item with a brand new one free of charge. 


We usually ship same day if you order by midday and always via Royal Mail 1st Class post. We therefore aim for next day delivery but during busy periods, this could take up to 3 working days. If you order a product not currently in stock, we will inform you of the estimated waiting time without fail. 
  • Spend up to £20: 1st Class Shipping - 1-3 working days = £2.95 (or £1 for small items)
  • Spend over £20: 2nd Class Shipping - 1-3 working days = FREE​​. Other shipping options will be presented.


We ship to Europe on the same basis as above. Shipping time will generally take 7-14 working days, but can be as swift as 4 working days. If your country isn't being allowed at checkout, please contact us on

  • Spend up to £50.00: 3-5 working days = £2.95 - £5.95 based on weight
  • Spend over £30.00: 3-5 working days = FREE standard non-tracked
  • Optional tracked shipping is available at checkout.


We ship almost anywhere in the world. If you find you can't make a purchase due to our site not allowing your destination, please let us know at and we will add your destination. 
  • Spend up to £50.00: 5-20 working days = £3.95 - £6.95 weight dependent 
  • Spend over £50.00: 5-20 working days = FREE standard non-tracked
  • Russia, Ukraine & Latvia require a compulsory tracked & signed service which is subsidised. Other territories provide a tracking service as an additional option. 


Due to a large amount of loss to these territories, we now insist on providing a tracked and signed service. We subsidise this and ensures your order arrives safely. The cost is £9.90 and takes 10-25 working days (usually less than 14 days).

Although everything leaves us within 24 week-day hours, not all postal systems are as efficient. In Europe (EU) we cannot replace or refund for lost items until 20 UK WORKING (Monday - Friday) days have passed. Outside of Europe it's 30 UK working days. These are the terms set by the Royal Mail, not by us. There is nothing we can do until these timings have passed. After 15/20 working days we can issue a refund. If you want a replacement we will need to send it via a “signed for” delivery service. This will cost an additional £5 for outside the UK. No extra charge in the UK. All international customers have the options of paying for a tracked & signed service which will be clearly optional at checkout. This is a compulsory service within Russia, Latvia and Ukraine and may also include other countries over time. 

ALL LOST ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE SALE. This allows us a short period of time to claim from the courier/Royal Mail. Beyond this we are unable to claim for the loss.
