GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

We understand that buying mail-order can be filled with uncertainty. So that's why we have a "No-Hassle" 365 day satisfaction guarantee. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items minus shipping charges.


If we have made an error, or goods are faulty then we will cover all the shipping costs and refund you the postage incurred.

  • You must contact us before you make a return, as we need to approve a return first. Please complete the form below.
  • Goods must be returned within 365 days of receipt.
  • Beyond 365 days we will not accept the return.
  • Goods must be supplied with original packaging.
  • Goods must not show signs of fitting or use.
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss in the return post.

This policy does not affect warranty policies.

Should you wish to cancel your order, simply email us using the subject title "CANCEL ORDER". We will then cancel the order and issue a refund. 

 

Revgrips 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Revgrips claims to be the best choice when it comes to improved control on the bike and reduction in arm pump, hand pains and numbness. But if after you purchase your Revgrips, you don't think they do what you'd hoped get in touch. Before we refund your grips, we kindly ask that we explore setup options with you as usually grip size is the main reason for disappointment in comfort. Let us help tune your grips and swap sleeve sizes if required. 

If after this you still wish to return your grips, simply send them back in good condition for a full refund. The grips should show light signs of use, synonymous with 2-3 rides and not have excessive wear, scratches of crash damage. i.e. a week in the Alps is not considered as fair usage.

This policy does not affect our 365 day return policy for unused goods outlined above.

 

Fasst Company 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
Similar to the Revgrips policy, if you're not satisfied with your Fasst Co. Flexx handlebar performance, let us help with setup and failing that, return your bars for a refund. 

Please take care, as we will only refund handlebars that are returned in good condition, with the exception of 'light' signs of use. We will refuse returns if:

  • Handlebars that are cut down to size.
  • Any damage to the carbon section of the bar with the exception of light marks where controls and grips are fitted. No deep scratches or over-tightened controls.
  • Any significant scratches elsewhere on the handlebar. 
  • Titanium hardware that shows signs of damage (usually from over-tightening) will be replaced at buyers cost before a refund is processed.
