FREE shipping - During the Covid-19 pandemic, all UK orders are shipped 2nd class FREE of charge (faster options available).
Covid-19 special circumstances: During the Covid-19 Pandemic, we ask all of our customers to understand that while we are shipping out almost every day, Royal Mail and other couriers do have a lighter workforce than normal and as such, delivery times may vary from what we usually expect of 1st and 2nd Class services.
Same day dispatch: Due to Royal Mail only collecting post once daily at the moment (instead of twice), orders placed by 11:00am are shipped the same day while other orders are shipped the following day. This isn't our usual service but Royal Mail are struggling to meet usual demand with a significantly reduced workforce and as such, our one collection is at midday (whereas we used to have a second collection at 5pm).

<<PLEASE READ>> Covid-19 lost-in-post policy update as of 25/11/2020: The current world-wide Covid-19 pandemic is resulting in unreliable postage delivery times in many countries and even in the UK. Therefore, while we will do what we can to help, if a package does not arrive we are now doubling the amount of days before we will replace or refund your item on all non-tracked services from the standard 30-working days to 60-working days. 
Why? Because even though sometimes a delay may occur, it is incredibly rare a package never turns up. We mean, maybe 1 in every 700 non-tracked packages shipped. Even now, 1st class will probably arrive next day. But has been known to take 5 working days. Likewise, 2nd class normally takes 2-3 days but lately can take up to 20 working days. This isn't usual, it's just now while we're all in this sticky situation. So we politely ask you to be a little more patient than normal. 
 
We try to ship the same day wherever possible, but paid-for services will always be processed before free shipping services. For priority dispatch, we recommend choosing a paid-for service.
Shipping costs vary on the size of item and will be displayed during your checkout process.
You will also be free to choose various shipping options in most cases, from 2nd class through to Special Delivery options

28 DAY RETURNS

If for whatever reason you would like to return your item, we'll be happy to offer a full refund (less shipping). Just return the item within 28 days from shipping date, along with the original packaging so the item can be re-sold as new. WARRANTY

All products sold by Cyclorise include a minimum 12 month warranty from date of delivery. This means if your item fails due to a failure in production or design quality, we will replace your item with a brand new one free of charge. 
If your item is damaged due to crash-damage or user-error, we may consider a crash-replacement discount on the purchase of a replacement. This is usually accepted within a 'reasonable' time frame.

  • Lightweight and slim items: 
    2nd Class under £50 = 40p contribution
    1st Class = £1.10
    1st Class w/Signature = £2.30
    Next Day Guaranteed = £6.95
  • Larger items such as chain lube, grips etc:
    2nd Class under £50 = £3.00
    1st Class = £3.55
    1st Class w/Signature = £4.55
    Next Day Guaranteed = £7.95
  • Revgrips complete sets:
    2nd Class 2-3 day despatch time = FREE
    1st Class w/Signature 1-day despatch time = £2.50
    Next Day Guaranteed (must order by 1pm Mon-Fri) = £7.95

EUROPEAN SHIPPING

We ship to Europe on the same basis as above. Shipping time will generally take 7-14 working days, but can be as swift as 4 working days. If your country isn't being allowed at checkout, please contact us on sales@cyclorise.com.

  • Spend up to £50.00; 5-20 working days = £2.95 - £5.95 based on weight
  • Spend up to £50: 3-6 working days = £8.00 - £10.55 Tracked and Signed
  • Spend over £50: 5-20 working days = FREE standard non-tracked
  • Optional tracked shipping is available at checkout.

We ship almost anywhere in the world. If you find you can't make a purchase due to our site not allowing your destination, please let us know at sales@cyclorise.com and we will add your destination. 
  • Free shipping not available on orders outside of Europe: 5-20 working days = £3.95 - £6.95 weight dependent. Up to £10.55 for tracked and signed services.

LOST IN POST:

Although most orders leave us within 24 week-day hours, not all postal systems are as efficient. In Europe (EU) we cannot replace or refund for lost items until 20 UK WORKING (Monday - Friday) days have passed. Outside of Europe it's 30 UK working days. These are the terms set by the Royal Mail, not by us. There is nothing we can do until these timings have passed. After 15/20 working days we can issue a refund. If you want a replacement we will need to send it via a “signed for” delivery service. This will cost an additional £5 for outside the UK. No extra charge in the UK. All international customers have the options of paying for a tracked & signed service which will be clearly optional at checkout. This is a compulsory service with some destinations such as Russia, Latvia and Ukraine due to high rates of loss. 

ALL LOST ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE SALE. This allows us a short period of time to claim from the courier/Royal Mail. Beyond this we are unable to claim for the loss.
