Christmas Deliveries - Delivery before Christmas is no longer guaranteed due to the tremendous strain on courier networks because of Royal Mail strikes. However, by selecting 'Pre-Christmas Delivery' at checkout, there's still a good chance of delivery in time, so long as you order by the end of the weekend (18th December).

2-3 Days Priority UK Shipping - Available on anything. £2.99
Next Day UK Shipping - Available on anything ordered before 11am. Next day refers to Mon-Friday delivery. £4.99
Next Day (Saturday AM) UK Shipping - Available on anything ordered before 11am on Friday where a Saturday delivery is required. Please note, while this service is quite reliable, Royal Mail no longer guarantee Saturday delivery. No postage refunds will be given for items successfully dispatched in time, but not delivered due to Royal Mail. £7.99
Same day dispatch: We try, where possible to dispatch orders same-day. We process 'Priority' and 'Next Day' orders before 'Standard'. Our daily cut-off for same-day dispatch is 11am due to our midday Royal Mail & Courier collections (we wish it were later in the day).
365 DAY RETURNSIf for whatever reason you would like to return your item, we'll be happy to offer a full refund (less shipping). Just return the item within 365 days from shipping date, along with the original packaging so the item can be re-sold as new. WARRANTYAll products sold by Cyclorise include a minimum 12 month warranty from date of delivery. This means if your item fails due to a failure in production or design quality, we will replace your item with a brand new one free of charge.
If your item is damaged due to crash-damage or user-error, we may consider a crash-replacement discount on the purchase of a replacement. This is usually accepted within a 'reasonable' time frame.

EUROPEAN SHIPPINGWe ship to Europe on the same basis as above. Shipping time will generally take 7-14 working days, but can be as swift as 4 working days. Our checkout will automatically remove UK VAT, but please be aware your domestic VAT and duties may be charged upon delivery. If your country isn't being allowed at checkout, please contact us via WhatsApp or by email on sales@cyclorise.com.

We ship almost anywhere in the world. If you find you can't make a purchase due to our site not allowing your destination, please let us know at sales@cyclorise.com and we will add your destination.
- Free shipping not available on orders outside of Europe: 5-20 working days = £3.95 - £6.95 weight dependent. Up to £10.55 for tracked and signed services.
LOST IN POST:
Although most orders leave us within 24 week-day hours, not all postal systems are as efficient. In Europe (EU) we cannot replace or refund for lost items until 25 UK WORKING (Monday - Friday) days have passed. Outside of Europe it's 35 UK working days. These are the terms set by the Royal Mail, not by us. There is nothing we can do until these timings have passed. After 15/20 working days we can issue a refund. If you want a replacement we will need to send it via a “signed for” delivery service. This will cost an additional £5 for outside the UK. No extra charge in the UK. All international customers have the options of paying for a tracked & signed service which will be clearly optional at checkout.
ALL LOST ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE SALE. This allows us a short period of time to claim from the courier/Royal Mail. Beyond this we are unable to claim for the loss.
