ws Hub Service - Rear Wheel

We collect your repair and return it to you at home or work. We operate this service free of charge when you spend £60 or more in labour costs. When spending under £60, the cost of a return collection is £10 or the difference between your labour charges and £60, whichever is less. 

Collection and delivery times can be arranged at a convenient time for you, that corresponds with several collection rounds we conduct weekly.

We offer this service in the entire NP7 region, plus the town of Crickhowell. For collections outside of this area, an additional charge may be made. 

The service you should do several times per year. The bear minimum to keep safe and ensure a close eye is kept on all parts of your bike for wear and misalignment.

Includes

• Safety check incl. tightening all bolts to correct spec and examining for damage and excessive wear
• Inflate tyres
• Lubricate chain (unless already overly dirty/grimy/lubricated)
• Detailed assessment for further work required including quote
• Insurance valuations
• Redeemable against Level 2 services upwards

Excludes

• Any parts to be supplied or purchased at additional cost
• Any labour items not listed above

• Brake tune up - alignment, re-tension. Brake fluid top up (not full bleed)
  
• Gear tune up - alignment, derailleur hanger straighten
• Fitting of basic service parts such as brake pads, cables, chain and cassette
• Fitting of any other parts that were purchased through us

• Collection & Delivery within NP7 + Crickhowell area

Excludes

• The fitting of major parts not purchased through us. Not including service items that enable the 'Included' items above
• Brake bleeding or reconditioning of brake pads
• Deep cleaning

• Removal and deep cleaning of derailleurs, chain, cassette and chainset
• Reinstalling the above parts with high quality pastes, waxes and lubricants
• Brake Bleed with all new fluids

Excludes

• Any required parts to be quoted ahead of commencement 
• Bottom Bracket removal unless being replaced with an item supplied by us

• Full bike wash and cleanse
  
• Headset service (remove, clean and re-grease
• Light hub service (excluding cartridge bearing replacement (+£15)) including axle removal, bearing clean and grease
• Brake bleeding with new fluids or replacement inner cable (cable(s) included)
• Gear inner cable replacement (cable(s) included)
• Bottom bracket removal, cleaned and reinstalled
